Muhammad Hikmah

Born on October 15, 1975. Graduated D3 in 1998 Accounting Major– Politeknik Keuangan Negara (PKN). After that, he continued his bachelor de- gree at Airlangga University, Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting and graduated in 2004. Then He continued his Master’s Degree in Law at Jayabaya University. Initially worked at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) as a Tax Auditor and had been as Pricing Transfer Discussion Teamat the Central Jakarta Regional Office until 2011. After that, he moved to work at the Education Center and Tax Training – Ministry of Finance with teaching competence in the field of taxation, both domestic taxation, as well as international taxation including transfer pricing. After that he resigned and became a consultant management through PT Arta Bakti Corporindo as a managing partner. Besides that, he also become a partner in the Accounting Firm KKSP Public and Partners. Another profession is as a tax teacher at PKN STAN which is a university under the Ministry of Finance since 2012 until now. Several professional certifications are held like Accountant Certification (Ak), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accounting(CPA), and Sharia Accountant Certificate (SAS). In addition, he have passed the Tax Consultant Certification Examination (USKP) A, B and C, also as a Tax Attorney at the Tax Court. Experienced in conducting Tax Review and Tax Training invarious entities, including SOEs (BUMN).
He is one of the founding partners of KAP Hikmah dan Arief, and he is the Managing Partners of the firm. He began his career working in the tax sector and then developed his career in the audit field and has considerable experience in auditing various large groups of private companies, foreign investment companies and public listed companies. He has a practice licensed issued by Finance Minister of Republic of Indonesia. He is a Certified Public Accountants of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before establishing the firm, He, previously served as a Partners of KAP Kumalahadi, Kuncara, Sugeng Pamudji dan Rekan (KAP KKSP).
Most recently, Muhammad Hikmah has been involved in the ESG field, particularly in Sustainability Disclosure.

He is one of the founding partners of KAP Hikmah dan Arief, and he is partner of the firm. He is seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in multinationals, public accounting services and privately held enterprises. Delivering value and innovation in Finance, ERP, Project Management FP&A, Audit and GRC Management. Mr. Arief Andrianto is also the CFO of a private company in charge of establishing the Group’s internal audit function and managing project financing requirements. He has a practice licensed issued by Finance Minister of Republic of Indonesia and registered in Financial Services Authority (OJK). He is a Certified Public Accountants of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before establishing the firm, He, previously served as a Partners of KAP Kumalahadi, Kuncara, Sugeng Pamudji dan Rekan (KAP KKSP).

In the industrial world, he acts as an information systems consultant for various companies. His expertise is not limited to accounting alone, he also holds the copyrights of several accounting software, which shows his ability to integrate accounting knowledge with information technology. Apart from that, he has also developed expertise in the field of taxation and is often invited as a speaker and tax consultant to several companies. He also has certifications including:

Riajeng Rizqi Amalia is a seasoned industrial engineering and financial management professional with over 15 years of experience across engineering operations, banking, and sustainability governance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Mercubuana University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering at Universitas Indonesia.
Her career began at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama through the Management Trainee program, where she gained experience in finance, quality assurance, and project cost control. She then served as Finance Manager at PT Indonusa Harapan Masa, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and feasibility studies to support sustainable project growth.
At PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, she advanced through various roles in mortgage, credit restructuring, consumer banking, and mass funding, strengthening her expertise in financial analysis and risk governance. Alongside her industry roles, she contributes to academia as a lecturer at Universitas Indonesia, teaching economics and industrial management as part of her doctoral scholarship duties.
She currently leads sustainability disclosure assurance at Kantor Akuntan Publik Hikmah & Arief, ensuring compliance with global ESG standards such as ISAE 3000, GRI, and IFRS S1–S2. With strong capabilities in engineering, finance, and sustainability strategy, Riajeng brings an integrated and forward-looking approach to enhancing organizational performance.
